  Wish I could give this place no stars. Me and my boyfriend end up going here regularly because we work late and it is near where we live (Andrews AFB) and it's convenient. Just ten minutes ago we went in to get a chicken salad sandwich like we usually get. While walking in my boyfriend, in uniform, was saluted and then asked for money by the same person. For a good 5 minutes he tried to bribe with us for money. When we politely refused, the man walked away yelling about how he "needed sleep, man". Then walked to the register where he interacted with the cashier and woman lazily standing at the front of the store. We put in our order and stepped to the fridge to grab our drinks. We then walked to the register to pay and there was told by the employee (who was wearing a hair net) that he "wasn't serving food tonight" because he was "the only employee there" so he couldn't fill our order. Odd. We always go to this Royal Farms later in the night and have never been rejected. It was an uneasy feeling knowing that the man checking us out was also wearing a hair net and that there was food in the deli window like usual. I would like to know if this is actual policy or if we were rudely and blatently rejected.
  Will be contacting management tomorrow and not be returning.
  Also, I suggest this store act on the loitering problem that seems to be a regular pattern.

  Somehow gets worse every time I go , they never have the cheese sauce but never tell you until you ask about it not being with your food ... Even though its on your receipt and already paid for. Basically anything they run out of they'll just not put it on your burger or sandwich without any sort of notice . also service keeps getting worse even when they aren't at all busy. Definately the worst royal farms I've ever been to .

  Friendly cashiers. However, food prep lady needs to stop being so slow wrapping the food. Have the police remove the people from the side of the store asking for a quarter. Clean up the paper, trash and cigarette buds in the parking lot.

  The food here is usually very good; the same with most Royal Farms, but the service here is severely lacking. I work very nearby so this is a convenient location for lunch. I often wait over 30 minutes for my food to be ready; I know this is a busy spot for lunch, so that's not my issue. My issue is the servers don't seem to care that your order that you waited over 30 minutes for is incorrect and then you have to wait longer to even get it corrected. Today I literally received a torn in half roll for a meal that cost me nearly $9 and I waited over 30 minutes for. Not happy with today's service.
